I see so much "meat" in my initial skimming the (surprisingly lengthy) post that I am eager to share (already sent the first set) and export in order to produce an electronic poster.

WOW, going to try this, I always wondered about the best way to journal.......I like it! I have been very sporadic in the past but this makes a lot of sense. thank you and thanks to Tony Robbins

This really is a great template for journaling, if you’re having trouble getting started or being consistent. You can also add to this anything else you want to write about. Good luck!

I used to do a LOT of journal writing in a blog I had. And I wrote a book, and ended up using a lot of what I had previously written. So I second this. It's not just useful for self-awareness and growth, it makes for good writing material to add to other things.
