Melanie Herschorn is someone I first met after interviewing her for the Writers, Ink Podcast, and I’m really glad I did. Because as much as it is wonderful to meet someone who helps authors market their books, it’s even more wonderful to meet someone who is genuinely a good and enjoyable person to have a conversation with. And in this chat with Melanie, we do talk marketing and more. She’s a new, good friend, and I hope you’ll love her as much as I do.
Speaking of RVs (great tip, BTW) I really wish I could get one, paint my logo on the side, and travel the country peddling my books. Besides being able to see more of the country, I'd love to get out there talking to all walks of life. Signing copies of my literary works for real-life supporters.
Personally, online saturation is my biggest obstacle. Add that to the fact I grew up in a time when making progress met hitting the pavement and it just feels more natural to me to be out there physically than virtually. But...
I'm near blind, so driving the country in a Riker Books RV is not an option.
But yeah, hoping to get out in the real world more. We'll see.
