I firmly believe that life's struggles serve as valuable lessons for us. Every challenge we face can be overcome. Sometimes we learn these lessons the hard way, but acceptance and faith guide us toward our goals, whether we fully understand what those goals are at the moment or not. Life has a funny way of leading us down paths we did not envision or plan for, but these paths often lead us to what we truly need. Life is about learning and navigating through struggle. Take care Kevin 🙏

My wife and I have endured our share of trials and tribulations throughout our 42 years of marriage. Our faith in God has always carried us through those dark periods, which at times have been significant. Probably, the greatest lesson I have learned through the years is that God is always near and always listening, even when it seems like he isn’t there or listening to me or my prayers. Another thing I have realized is that my best conversations have always been with God. Our faith waxes and wanes, but as long as we hold fast to the promise, true hope is always within our grasp.

Kevin, enjoyed your latest story. Sometimes a walk with God in the parkland trees besides still waters is very productive and relaxing for us all. He tells us there will be seasons in our lives and when we experience a change in season, it sometimes comes as a pleasant surprise, sometimes not. But that is his prerogative as He owns the seasons. I was reminded of an old Australian poet Banjo Patterson who said "I love a sunburnt country a land of sweeping plains, of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.I love her far horizons, I love her cruel seas, her beauty and her pleasure a wide brown land for me. Life is full of the above grandure, if we can only stop to appreciate it in all its seasons and know that God has created it all for our pleasure and learning. His Holy Spirit surrounds us and directs our path as sure as the night becomes the new day. So thanks for sharing that story as some or all of us are facing up to yet another change of season in all our countries and lifestyles. We just need to keep our eyes on the father of our faith as we step into this new season with courage and conviction the He has it sorted already.
