Super fun post. I have an action/adventure series in the works that features a Choctaw artist in the 1970s. Think National Treasure meets Native America. And yes, he'll be digging into Viking legends and evidence left behind by them in his home state of Oklahoma...
Thanks for writing this, fellow American and Texan. I spent the holiday in DC of all places!
11th century? I quibble: You wrote 1170, which was 12th century. However, the idea, the concepts fascinate me. The thing would be to find archaeological evidence to support the old stories. The connection between historical myths and archaeology is fascinating.

Sounds like a fun and intriguing series! Can’t wait to see it!
Are you still on this site? I trust what you recommend. I’m one of the writers from draft2digital. I’m struggling to figure this site out.
JoJo
Hi JoJo. Absolutely, this is one of the best places to find me! I haven’t been with Draft2Digital for a couple of years, though. Just FYI!
I’m sure if we dig deeper we can find all sorts of things about it. I would love to read a well written book about it. Do you plan on writing one?

Ah! You’ve caught me in a fat-fingered typo.
